Healthy Recipe: Nutella Protein Fudge Cheesecake

Mini Nutella Protein Fudge Cheesecake

Ingredients

Bottom:
– 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
– 1 scoop of My Whey Chocolate Fudge Brownie protein from G-Force Nutrition
– 1 tbsp agave  **or the same portion of water if avoiding the sugar
– 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
– 1 tbsp cacao
– 1 tbsp water

Topping:
– 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
– 1 scoop of My Whey Chocolate Fudge Brownie protein from G-Force Nutrition
– 1-2 tbsp water
– 1 tbsp quark or greek yogurt
– 1 tbsp agave (can use artificial sweetener or melted dark chocolate)

Directions
Mix the ingredients for the base and topping in tow different bowls.  Then add the mixtures together, bottom first, in two very small boxes.  (Boxes as shallow as your index finger, or use silicon molds.)  Put boxes in freezer for 30 minutes.  Store in refrigerator.
