Quick Tips From Wayne Coetzee- WBFF Pro

20140326-134330.jpgIt’s always nice to get tips from a professional bodybuilder.  We recently caught up with Wayne Coetzee, a WBFF Muscle Model Pro from South Africa, and he offered this advice for our readers:

Whether I’m on or off-season, I don’t follow a set routine. But I always make sure that by the end of the week, I’ve gotten a full-body workout. I’ll focus on one muscle group at a time, doing 10-12 concentrated reps as heavy as my body will allow. After every exercise I do a super-set exercise, focusing on the same muscle group- to optimally grow and exhaust the muscle.

Weight training must be combined with cardio, but I have to admit that I hate that incline treadmill. If I don’t make it to the gym, I feel like I’m cheating on my girlfriend- so I always go in on my rest days.

My favorite body parts to hit are first, my legs. They used to be one of my weaker assets, so I made them one of my best. And second is biceps and chest. Let’s face it, we all like to show off in a V-neck.

I really get a kick out of helping others to be the best they can be. Of course, nothing is as motivating as seeing results when dieting and training hard.
